No. Exterior cleaning happens at your parking spot in the evening and early morning, whether you're home or not. For interior cleaning we message you first to arrange keys.
Our team is planned around the cars scheduled for that round, so a car that isn't available is counted as served for that day. Let us know in advance if you'll be away for a while.
Message us on WhatsApp at least 7 days ahead so we can plan our team accordingly, and we'll pause your plan from the date you choose.
We still come, but heavy weather can push visits a little later than usual. Your schedule catches up over the following days.
Plans are monthly and always prepaid. You'll get your amount on WhatsApp before the cycle begins, based on your plan and vehicle size.
Glossy Gears provides doorstep car and bike cleaning as per the package and frequency selected at enrolment. We operate six days a week; Monday is a fixed weekly off. Daily service runs Tuesday to Sunday, alternate service three days a week, and weekly service on Fridays. Service begins from 4 PM each day.
Billing is always prepaid. Charges for the upcoming service cycle are payable in advance, and service runs against the prepaid amount.
If the vehicle is not available at the time of service, we are not responsible for the missed session. Manpower is planned in advance, and left-over services due to unavailability cannot be carried forward.
If you wish to pause your service, we require at least 7 days' prior notice so that manpower can be planned accordingly.
Interior cleaning is provided as per your package allowance and requires the vehicle and access to be available as coordinated with our team. If an interior service is missed due to the customer's unavailability or issue, we are not responsible for providing an additional service or any billing adjustment. When an interior service is planned for a day, only interior cleaning is carried out on that day — exterior cleaning is not provided alongside, as the two are separate services.
Car cleaning may be affected by bad weather, and the cleaner's visit may happen a little later than usual on such days.
Support is available over WhatsApp on the registered mobile number. We currently do not offer a telephone customer-care facility for support requests.
Cleaning is carried out with reasonable care. Glossy Gears is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or items left inside the vehicle. Any concern must be raised on the day of service.
